What we do
Rentpicnic makes searching and listing rental properties a simple and streamline process by using great visuals and interactive tools. It was created out of need, therefore has many useful functions that differentiate it from other rental search engines, for example: personal chat rooms between listers and renters, simple re-posting method, and listings that don’t expire etc. With access to properties listed by individuals and property management firms, you can find a wide range of rental properties to suit your needs. This rapidly growing website can also be accessed through the convenience of user's mobile devices.

The target audience
Our target audience is renters and property managers/owners. Both groups are technologically savvy and use the Internet regularly.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We’re looking for something simple but innovative. The clean look and modern feel of the following logos exemplify what we are looking for and represents their websites well:

We like simple clean fonts - nothing too fancy. Our current logo includes a picnic basket, which is too detailed and difficult to transpose onto other formats such as potential swag. We are open to seeing the picnic basket in the new logo but please be creative when integrating it into the logo, and we are very optimistic about brand new designs as well. Our current color scheme is blue (#5a6bb2), green (#6abe79) and grey (#858585) but we’re open to new color schemes (two to three colors) since we will be redesigning the site. Please use a white/transparent background. No shadows please.
The slogan should not be incorporated into the logo - we just want to see “rentpicnic.com”. Please keep use all lowercase letters.
Please provide a copy of the file in jpeg and png formats. If possible, can you also create a 16 x 16 pixel version of the logo that we can use as the sites browser icon.
