What we do

What the Brand and Company Does NOT Do: To ensure the logo reflects the brand’s true identity, please avoid any imagery or stylistic choices that imply the following. Stanwich Stables is NOT:
A rodeo training facility
A horse breeding facility or a working farm
A venue for dressage or competitive horse shows
A polo training center
A tourist destination for one-off, casual trail rides
A children’s entertainment venue (no birthday parties or pony rides)
Industry: Sports & Recreation

Things to communicate through the design
1. Stanwich Stables provides a welcoming, family-like environment where riders can escape their busy lives.
2. The atmosphere at the stables is supportive and relaxing coupled with a high degree of care for both the riders and the horses.
3. Restoring and teaching true horsemanship across generations in a premium, supportive setting.

The target audience
Demographics: Adults in the top 25% of household income located in the greater Fairfield County, Connecticut area.

Behavior/Motivation: Discerning adults seeking high-quality equestrian education for themselves, or parents looking to enroll their children to learn authentic horsemanship skills in a refined but welcoming environment.

We like these fonts, colors and style
Elevated and elegant with a clean and simple design. Never stuffy or pretentious. If Stanwich Stables were an apparel brand, it would be Ralph Lauren: finely crafted and highly tailored design aesthetic that blends luxury with utility.

Color Palette: White and Dark Green. The green must specifically match/emulate Benjamin Moore HC-187 (Black Forest Green).

Typography: A classic, clean Serif font. It must be highly legible from a distance (for outdoor signage) and simple enough to be clearly read when embroidered on apparel and gear.

Layout/Structure: The primary logo design should utilize a square aspect ratio and incorporate a graphic element about the equestrian lifestyle or a horse in motion.

Usage / Applications: The logo must be versatile enough to scale across web, print, large signage, mugs, t-shirts/embroidered apparel, digital ads, and social media profiles.

Our design will be used on
