What we do
Small family owned BBQ business in Hawaii. Texas and Carolina style smoked meats like brisket, ribs, pork belly, etc. We do farmers markets and pop ups and some catering. Not a food truck/trailer yet but working towards that. We also don’t strictly do the traditional meats, we put a local spin on our dishes like brisket fried rice, brisket musubi etc. our current instagram is Smokersanonymousbbq but that will change once we get our new logo

The target audience
Everyone ages 1-99 who like good food and bbq. We live in a pretty mixed area as far as income, race, education etc. it’s a big melting pot.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I’d like to incorporate the ace of spades, ace of clubs, and ace of diamonds. Ideally orange and black as the main colors but if red and black looks better since it’s the color of cards it’s ok. I plan to do a play on the regular playing cards as business cards.
