Our Slogan
in the country
What we do
We provide 24/7 care for dogs in a fun, active home setting. Dogs get tons of activity, play and outdoor time as well as peaceful rest both outside and/or inside. We work very hard to care for every dog so that they are happy, comfortable and relaxed. Each dog is individually assessed and managed so they receive the proper amount of care, play, rest, exercise and other activity. We actually live at our facility, so we are here any time of day or night that any dog needs us.
We are currently located "in the country" but plan to expand to a variety of locations. So "in the country" is a tagline that will change based on the location (i.e., in Atlanta, at the beach, etc.) but the logo itself should be versatile and not communicate one specific type of setting (i.e. don't communicate "in the country" in the visual portion of the logo, but DO have a space where that text is included in the logo).

I had it in an Apple-esque font (myriad) but open to other
I have tried to work on this logo for a long time (since late spring) and I'm not going to include anything I came up with because I never came up with anything that really struck me and am hoping to see some fresh visions for this.
I've uploaded a file that IS NOT A RECOMMENDATION FOR DESIGN -- but shows the type of things we've been advertising and you can get an idea of what we do based on the pics here. We are going to be rebranding ourselves to iWag.
Our design will be used on

LOVE all the logos! Even the ones we didn't rank are great; it's very hard to choose. One of the places the logo will go is down the side of a big shuttle bus -- so we need it to be both eye-catching, easy to read -- and quick to process what we do for folks in traffic. I think a lot of the top ideas already do that.
We have posted comments on most or all of the logos we ranked and liked. We're trying to decide between a "simple" approach or a more "fun/busy" approach. We aren't sure, so please keep the designs coming.
And dog icon or character integrated into the logo should be Labrador Retriever-like. If you do multiple dogs, please use a variety, with one being a Labrador Retriever.
We are also considering having whatever dog you work into the design becoming a mascot -- and then we would order more artwork in the future, so this character could appear throughout our website, printed material, etc.
Thank you for your hard work on these logos!
