Space will be rented for Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Birthday Celebrations, Anniversary Celebrations, Business Purposes, etc. So target audience will be of all ages, sex, income, occupation, etc.
We like these fonts, colors and style
The owner of the business like to see options incorporating patriotic symbols like American flag and/or eagle (see borrowers renderings). There is also a railroad tracks near the property. BUT BORROWER IS OPEN TO OTHER DESIGN OPTIONS. Colors should incorporate shades of grays. Sign will be mounted on a building with stone and dark gray siding.
