I am a real estate broker. I help buyers and sellers purchase/sell residential properties. I am young in the industry, aiming to work with younger individuals, so I want a modern and eye-catching logo. I live and work in a farming community, and the population of the county I operate in is about 150,000 people. The community is known worldwide for the hops grown in the valley that are used to make beer. Hops are a large part of people's lives for work and the fields their homes are surrounded by in this community. I am a housing resource for our community, and I want my logo/business to be community-centered. I envision my logo having a hop bud as part of the logo (See pictures) and maybe a silhouette of hop poles with the hop vines growing up them. I would like a horizontally shaped logo that would fit as a header on a document, and I would also like a circular logo that would work for stickers. I need a black version and a white version. I use transparent background logos often. My last name is Hemp, which is a plant that is in the marijuana family. I DO NOT want a marijuana leaf or Marijuana buds in my logo. A hop bud is distinguishably different than a marijuana bud and I want that to be recognizable in the logo to the general eye.

Anyone from 18 to 65 years old. Washington State, Rural and agriculture locations. I want to attract millennials and Gen Z prospects. I want people who are in the market for a home to see my logo standing out from the rest when they see my business card or website.

I don't have a favorite font, but I like fonts that are all capitalized and modern. Not too bold, but not too thin of text either. I tend to resonate with more simple block-like lettering before cursive or swirly fonts. My desired colors incorporate bright green, dark green, copper, black, and white.
