People old enough to own or buy a home (18+). People who enjoy fun outdoor activities in the sun like kayaking, hiking, pickleball. People who love modern aesthetics, clean, bohemian, beautiful newly built/ new construction homes.
We like these fonts, colors and style
See attached images for ideas of font. As far as colors and style I am into green (cactus color), black and white (neutral), khaki/beige (sand/boho), and might like to also explore pop color of yellow (sunshine) and baby blue (skies). Some schemes with black/white/beige/yellow, black/white/beige/green, some with all the colors, I guess I don't quite know just something appealing to a variety of people who want to move to AZ.
