To all designers, please see these added comments after the initial designs we see.
We want to have the logo/icon to represent upward mobility. Needs to convey a dynamic sense of growth.
You can use a stylized version of a person (nothing that is standard/template/generic) or other graphic elements.
Don't use just hands.
Use darker blues.
