1. Innovative company pushing education and credentials … this should be refelected in the design
2. Looking to add a graphic element, or open to new suggestions altogether
3. Professional, established company looking to grow, but with an edge/uniqueness
The target audience
Retail buyers and sellers of residential homes and apartments.
Banks and mortgage servicers who require the servicers of brokers.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We like lower case letters in the logo to downplay the harshness of the name, but are certainly open to upper case as well. The sample logo (currently on our site) says "brokers incorporated" ... we prefer to have a new logo that says "brokers inc" instead.
We would like a "SM" (service mark) in the logo.
We would like the Slogan/Tagline ("Is your real estate agent a broker?") included in the logo. ** But we would like to change the slogan/tagline a few times per year, so this text should be easy to change. Other companies who have done this with their logos:

The sample/test logo is black/white, so but our web site is very colorful, so we are open to color concepts.

The logos currently ranked have done a good job of incorporating the logo requirements .... mainly, a graphic next to the company name that is unique and is sybmolic of education, moving forward, smarts ... the people who work in our firm have more education, licensing, training than anyone else, so we woud like to logo to portrary this. We also like the logos that are more clean and modern, and less classic/old looking. Many thx to everyone who is working on a logo for us. another big key is to have the tagline "is your real estate agent a broker?" replaceable ... so we can sway other taglines in & out.
