We provide owners with the best service possible, using both traditional and internet marketing, to lease their vacant commercial space faster and easier than any other company. We also provide tenants with the quickest, most efficient path to find the perfect space for their business.

1) tenants (small and large business owners) looking for suitable space to lease and 2) landlords (multiple-tenant commercial property owners) looking for a company to lease their vacant space.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Our best effort to capture what we want to communicate is shown on the attached logo. It is simple and to the point, but lacks the eye-catching quality that all great logos have. We like the purple/white/black color scheme, but are not opposed to adding or changing the colors (we experimented with gray, green, and yellow). We are also open to a complete overhaul of the logo or something totally different! Because our tag line is long, we use it on printed materials, but not on signage, therefore the tag line will need to be easily separable from the logo (or not included in it, whichever looks better).
