A Program for Advanced Leaders
What we do
Summit is a new program to be launched in Spring 2011. Our nonprofit organization (NGO) will be offering this program to provide a meaningful leadership development experience for executives at the senior levels of corporate, nonprofit, education and governmental organizations. Purpose is to increase participants’ self awareness and capabilities in ways that enhance individual and organizational performance. We hope to inspire participants to expand and direct their leadership abilities and energies toward the “common good” within their organizations and their communities. We will provide avenues by which participants can engage themselves and their employees in meaningful ways in their communities while creating a peer networking group that will provide on-going connections, support and encouragement to its members.
