The target audience
High income/ high network individuals. Age 40+. Primarily male. These people seek investment opportunities that provide excellent yield/cashflow. Most are savvy investors but may not know or understand real estate. They want a turn-key approach to real estate investing with Brookfield handling all aspects (purchase, renovations, rental management, and reporting).
We like these fonts, colors and style
Brookfield is not a "get rich quick in real estate" company. We have a long history of proven results. We want a logo that conveys a strong, successful company. Since our name is long, the word, BROOKFIELD, should be dominant. It can be on one line or stacked...but don't forget the tagline noted above. We want a superior graphic design on our word BROOKFIELD. We are open to a symbol that signifies who we are or just a original type treatment. We don't want our initials BPI submitted as a logo.
