What we do
This is a 60+ unit apartment complex in East Peoria, Il comprised of six two-story buildings featuring 2-bedroom apartments with balconies/patios. A great apartment community to call home. Super personal and professional management and maintenance staff. It's all managed locally with a team that is really involved in the property and tenants. No website as of right now as we just acquired them and have been fixing them up as quickly as we can. You can still find pictures/listings online for context.

The target audience
Local professionals, Healthcare workers, Mature over 50, Recent College graduates, Blue Collar; Income Range from $25k - $65k annually; Midwest location and values. Really anyone that wants a quiet place for apartment living thats accessible to the city but not smack dab in the hustle and bustle. This apartment community is up on a hill overlooking the Illinois River right next to the largest community college in the area.
We like these fonts, colors and style
This contest is one of THREE that we are going to have open. We own three different apartment complexes with there different names, but we want them all to fall under the Acceleration Properties branding (our property management company that actually manages each of the three properties). We are open to ideas but want the logo to complement the Acceleration Properties logo attached. Would like to have a logo that spells out the complete name of Stratford Apartments, but will most likely work with the winner to create additional formats like a stand alone "SA". The main logo and variations of the logo will be used on outdoor signage, interior signage, letterhead, email signatures, pens, memos, website, etc. We are planning on using black, white, and orange for all four logos. (Note: Parent company is Acceleration Properties. Child companies and ongoing contests are Woods + Meadow Apartments, Stratford Apartments, and Woodhue Apartments.)
