What we do
This is a 100+ unit apartment complex in Peoria, Il comprised of seven different buildings in a quiet, secluded wooded area tucked behind a big family-oriented neighborhood. A great apartment community to call home. Spacious floor plans boast ample closet space, washer/dryer connections in select units and wood burning fireplaces. Super personal and professional management and maintenance staff. It's all managed locally with a team that is really involved in the property and tenants. No website as of right now because the 7 buildings were previously owned by 3 different operators, now coming under one owner.

The target audience
Local professionals, Healthcare workers, Mature over 50, Recent College graduates, Blue Collar; Income Range from $25k - $65k annually; Midwest location and values. Really anyone that wants a beautiful and quiet place for apartment living thats accessible to the city but not smack dab in the hustle and bustle.
We like these fonts, colors and style
This contest is one of THREE that we are going to have open. We own three different apartment complexes with there different names, but we want them all to fall under the Acceleration Properties branding (our property management company that actually manages each of the three properties). We are open to ideas but want the logo to complement the Acceleration Properties logo attached. Would like to have a logo that spells out the complete name of Woodhue Apartments, but will most likely work with the winner to create additional formats like a stand alone "WA". The main logo and variations of the logo will be used on outdoor signage, interior signage, letterhead, email signatures, pens, memos, website, etc. We are planning on using black, white, and orange for all four logos. (Note: Parent company is Acceleration Properties. Child companies and ongoing contests are Woods + Meadow Apartments, Stratford Apartments, and Woodhue Apartments.)
