What we do
This is a 112-unit apartment complex in Peoria, Il. Woods & Meadow offers quiet, secluded living tucked in a wooded area between two main roads in the city. A great apartment community to call home. Featuring a pool, on-site laundry, spacious studio and 1 bedroom apartments as well as a super personal and professional management and maintenance staff. The target audience
Because all these units are studios or one bedrooms, we are not targeting families. Our tenants are more young, single adults; couples that are figuring things out before home owning; or older tenants that are content to live simply. (From client: Local professionals, Healthcare workers, Mature over 50, Recent College graduates, Blue Collar; Income Range from $25k - $65k annually; Midwest location and values)
We like these fonts, colors and style
This contest is one of THREE that we are going to have open. We own three different apartment complexes with three different names, but we want them all to fall under the umbrella of the Acceleration Properties branding (our property management company that actually manages each of the three properties). We are open to ideas but want the logo to complement the Acceleration Properties logo attached. Would like to have a logo that spells out the complete name of Woods + Meadow Apartments, but will most likely work with the winner to create additional formats like a stand alone "W+M" or "WM". The main logo and variations of the logo will be used on outdoor signage, interior signage, letterhead, email signatures, pens, memos, website, etc. We are planning on using black, white, and orange for all four logos. (Note: Parent company is Acceleration Properties. Child companies and ongoing contests are Woods + Meadow Apartments, Stratford Apartments, and Woodhue Apartments.)
