What we do
We are a CONSULTING company (not contractor/construction) that works with residential homeowners on any type of home project (kitchen/bath renovation, electrical, flooring, outdoor deck, garage, windows, etc.).
We draft up paperwork that gives homeowners an idea on what to expect in price range, time-frame and overall scope of project - so they can have a visual on what contractors will or should do for them.
This reduces risk for homeowners so they don't get taken advantage over price and length of project time by some contractors. By having a middle man, both parties are safe because they can see the paperwork that includes specs and overall scope of project.
We also do recommend local contractors but the homeowner actually has 100% control on choosing who they want to use for a project.

We like these fonts, colors and style
We are open to design but do not want to use abbreviations/letters as a main part of our logo.
I.E. We like what "All State Insurance" conveys with their open hands and that they let their customers know that they are in good hands. We do not need the hands for our logo, but want something to portray what we do.
We are open to colors, perhaps colorful but want to make sure we can implement our logo in print design as well.
