What we do
This is a professional membership organization. Most coaches will be engaged in workstie health promotion/wellness programs. The coaches will deliver surveys, training and books directed at creating environmental support for healthy lifestyle practices such as healthy eating, physical activity and stress management. The coaches will have three primary toolkits for: (1) engaging managers in creating healthy work enviornments, (2) improving the quality and quantity of peer support for lifestyle improvement, and (3) creating a supportive household culture for wellness.

Things to communicate through the design
1. The word culture orignates from cultivating. Think green/farming.
2. This service is for creating conditions that help people to achieve and maintain healthier lifestyles.
3. The Wellness Culture Coach provides a professional service based on over 30 years of applied research.
The target audience
Wellness professionals are primarily women. They hold graduate degrees in health promotion, exercise physiology, nutrition science, education or counseling. They will be selling their coaching services to businesses, higher education, health care and health insurance companies. We would like large companies to purchase the training/certification for those employees delivering safety, employee assistance and wellness programs. We want individual professionals to purchase Wellness Culture Coach Training and a Wellness Culture Coach certication. We will also be adding the logo to surveys, PowerPoint presentations, books, online training and a Wellness Culture Coach website that will promote the individual coaches and be a private site for coaches to support other coaches.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I will need this graphic to work online, in color and in greyscale. It needs to be easy to read. Green might be a good color to use in the overall design in that culture has its origins in the term to cultivate. I will need the logo to tie in with three toolkit icons that have yet to be created. Wellness Culture Coaching will be associated with products that will be identified with icons for the Wellness Leadership toolkit, the Bringing Wellness Home toolkit, and the Wellness Mentor toolkit.
