What we do
We are hired by the Board of Directors for Home Owners Associations (HOAs). We partner with them and manage all of the HOA's responsibilities, from accounting and upkeep of amenities, to project management - 24/7. More often than not, once we partner with an HOA, we stay with them for many, many years managing all of the needs of their Association. This company in particular is evolving with the Association Management Industry by not only bringing high caliber technology and people to the industry, but with a focus on care, partnership, and communication.
Bottom line: we are a service-focused business that is growing (evolving) with the needs of the Association Management Industry (HOAs) by leveraging stronger technology and personnel.
HOAs can be associations for condominiums or large suburban home developments.

3. A clean, simple, classy but modern, logo.
The target audience
Home Owners/Board of Directors, Adults 30+, located in Atlanta, middle to upper class, well-educated, responsible individuals, likely white-collar, male and female
We are reaching people who have chosen to sit on the Board of Directors of their HOA, so they're people who enjoy being involved in their community and have a high standard for their homes and community.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I was thinking that the colors be some kind of green and blue - maybe earthy green and cobalt blue? (certainly not sold on this though)
Some incorporation of earth/the globe could be a good logo idea
Below I have included some logos I like - the Tigris logo is a company I'm familiar with, I like how simple it is but effective. Shows the name and has a logo (two rivers intersecting). Heritage is a classier logo but a bit too antiquated - they're a competitor of mine. They have a gate as they focus on property and association management.
Am also thinking that Evolve is the main focus in the logo, and association management is secondary, like both of logos below. Will short-hand refer to the company as Evolve but want Association Management in the name so people know what we do (since it's a niche industry).
All in all, I am a terrible designer so please feel free to take as much liberty as you'd like and don't feel constrained by my suggestions.
