The target audience
Located in a small town that is the county seat we expect to draw professionals and those that do business in town. A large retirement population exists with discretionary funds. Farmers make up he majority of our industry. We are also a bedroom community for soth east virginia and north east NC. Ages 30+.
We like these fonts, colors and style
our walls are turquoise and trim is an almost white pale green. Eclectic furnishings and art by locals on display.

Try to portray the turtle (chef/owner) of this bistro as a bit frazzled yet having an expression that indicates knowledge of a pleasureable dining experience to come.
