We are business consultants offering our consulting services to the regional offices of medium to large corporations. We help our clients manage business risks by helping them make sense of uncertainties and complexities of business.
We specialise in operational/process consulting targeting the various functions including procurement, legal (NOTE: we do not provide legal advice, we consult on their operational processes), HR, etc. We help streamline their operations to draw out efficiencies in costs.
In this digital age, we incorporate digital innovation and transformation to help drive the efficiencies.

The target audience
Business function decision makers. Usually middle-upper to upper level executives (but not C-suites). For example, Country Head of Procurement, Regional Head of Procurement.
They tend to be veterans in their fields (around 8 to 10 years of experience), well educated with good income levels. They usually have good insights into their fields. They tend to be very busy and time is precious to them.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Nothing in particular but they have to be readable.
The business name, Gyn3sis, is a play on the word "Genesis".
