5 Element acupuncture is based on the elements of nature- Fire, Earth, Metal, water, and Wood. These elements coincide with the seasons: Summer, late Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring. Balance of Qi (chi) within the meridians affiliated with these elements provide a sense of peace and calm, health, and connection to the authentic self. This interconnection between us and nature to strengthened through 5 Element acupuncture. This medicine is based on Taoism philosophy.
