30-65 year old men and women who are wanting to buy or sell their homes, as well as real estate investors. There is a wide range of occupations, education and income levels who are primarily living in the Western region of North Carolina, in the United States.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Amaze us...! We have no strong opinion on fonts, colors or styles. We are interested in seeing the creativity of the artists. We would like for the colors to be bold enough to stand out on a Real Estate yard sign, which will more than likely have a white background.
As for concept, we are looking for a unique, minimalist logo that is professional and clean in design, but will stand out. Not too busy. We are not looking for standard graphics that come from a lot of clipart selections. We are hoping to get a logo that can be easily recognized on a Real Estate yard sign, as well as promotional items like shirts, pens and mugs. Ideally, the logo will look good when smaller and positioned on either side of the company's name or when larger and positioned above or below the company name. Finally, the ideal logo will be a good centerpiece for branding our company.
