What we do

I am a nurse (RN), lactation consultant (IBCLC), and Peristeam facilitator (PFc) offering services to my community. Provide perinatal and postpartum support, advocate for my patients, empower integrative health approaches, dive into functional nutrition and supportive herbalism, newborn assessments, and provide lactation education and resources. I have a personal goal of one day owning a healing integrative wellness center and farm called The Sprouting Bean Farm.
