The target audience
The Huronia District Soccer Association is the governing body for local soccer clubs in the Barrie, Orillia, Muskoka and surrounding areas. We are also responsible for the running of a region soccer league. Member of the Public as well as our Club members will see the logo on our website and on apparel.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Our Association's colours are currently Red and Black but we are open to suggestions. Generally, we'd like the shape of the logo to be a crest. We want to project a northern/wilderness/nature feeling in the logo design, without being too busy. A soccer ball should be featured in the logo as we feel its best to convey our primary purpose, but it could be paired with other "northern" icons such as pine trees, muskoka chairs, etc. We've uploaded the logos of fellow Districts whose logos we like for some ideas. Lastly, we like the idea of putting the year the HDSA was established in the logo, which was the year 2000.
The HDSA would like the full EPS/AI files of the chosen winning logo when the contest is complete.
