I like green! (but I'm open to other colors too!)
Design needs to appeal to male and female
Clean, crisp, contemporary, simple
Design needs to be businesslike, but outstandingly original!
Need to be taken seriously by experts (real estate agents, tradespeople etc) but not too corporate, boring or unapproachable!
The design needs to convey that we are reasonable, quality people to work with and not time wasters.
