We are a medical staffing organization. Healthcare facilities (nursing homes, hospitals, long-term care facilities, etc.) with short-term staffing needs call on us to fill those open schedules. We recruit healthcare professionals looking for extra hours to fill open schedules for our customers. Time is always of the essence. There are numerous competitors in the medical staffing business. We must operate with a high sense of urgency and fill these open shifts before someone else beats us to it.
