We are a local mortgage lender that is nationally known. We provide a variety of loan programs for our borrowers to meet their financial needs. Our company can do anything a big lender can do, but we pride ourselves on speed and customer service.

The target audience
The target audience is in the age range of 22-65 years old. All genders need to be targeted in the southeastern region of the U.S. All occupations are included, but a greater focus is put on those with higher income. We push to reach the middle to upper class. Our goal is to always find honest and reliable behaved customers that display hardworking mentalities. We want to focus on those who are in need of financing their new or current home.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Fonts: Cardo, Lato, Proxima Nova, and Sabon Pro (any fonts that are professional, strong, trustworthy, not intimidating, and easy to read)
Colors: Blues, greens, blacks, but open to anything as long as it is not a hard color like red and orange (colors need to be inviting, honest, calm)

Our company is moving into a new marketing phase using the name "My Direct Lender." We want this displayed within the logo.
