Our actual company name is Gaffney Events. We specialize in cardiology medical conference management. We have an upcoming event, the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Symposium, that will be held year after year, so we need a logo that the "2021" can be easily changed for each subsequent year. This logo should be easy to build a brand for this conference around.

The symposium is called the Mount Sinai Adult Congenital Heart Disease Symposium with the abbreviation ACHD. We'd like "ACHD 2021" to be the main part of the logo with the subtext of "Mount Sinai Adult Congenital Heart Disease Symposium" if you can fit it underneath or split between on top of/beneath the logo? Interested to see what you come up with.
Colors: Navy Blue and Dark Gray, Orange can be used as a secondary/third color if needed.
Font: Should be modern and clean.
In terms of design, it should be obvious it is a medical/cardiology (look for medical heart or heart shapes) conference - think veins/ aorta /medical heart/heart shape, but keep it professional. The conference is in New York City, so it could have subtle nods to New York City, as well (not required).
As previously stated, incorporate "2021", but leave it easily changeable for subsequent years.
