Revitalization of an old office building to be urban contemporary condos. Building will be "modern industrial" themed in design. Located off of a street named Ironwood Dr.

2. Iron (possibly the I beam imagery)

3. 3 floor building with 10 units

The target audience

Residential real estate buyer. The building is in the medical district of town. So perhaps a medical professional might have greater interest than the typical buyer... but not necessarily.
The plan is to have the logo then permanently placed on a large street side monument sign.
