Main target audience are private investors, age 25-50, all sexes. Mid to high income levels with interest in real estate.

We like these fonts, colors and style

Ökonom is the German word for economist. The 40 year old logo (see attached) needs a redesign. Open to any approach but the crown element should be kept. Please also note that the German Ö hast 2 dots over an O, that should also be included ;-)
