The Downtown San Angelo River Walk serves as a hub for downtown activity on a daily basis. Along the banks of the mighty Concho River, visitors and residents alike can be found relaxing and enjoying the numerous free amenities that the River Walk has to offer. Ranging from beautiful gardens and parks to concerts and golfing, there is no shortage of outdoor activities right in the heart of Historic Downtown.

1. A feature of this property is that it is located next to the very popular Conhco River Walk in San Angelo, TX
2. This property fits in with the emerging urban vibe of downtown San Angelo.
3. This property is a fun, hip place to call home. It's the place to live!
The target audience
The asset is older but in a very desirable location in the city. It is being rehabbed and rebranded to fit in with current community. The current resident demographic employment information represents a concentration of employment in technical or high skilled professions, medical profession and enlisted military members. Mostly single males and females demographic, age 20-45. San Angelo is an artistic town with an emerging urban vibe. Located next to the River Walk, residents who enjoy the outdoors and have pets will be attracted to this property.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We like simplistic channel lettering and a clean, minimalist logo. Examples attached as well as a photo of the building it will be placed on. This logo will be utilized on a sign for the building. We are thinking stainless steel lettering and logo on stained cedar wood. We will also use it for marketing on social media, website and letterhead.
