Things to communicate through the design
1. Relationship to OneNote, but not using elements of their logo directly (should NOT infringe Microsoft trademark)

3. Quality and Professionalism
The target audience
Our customers are mostly:
- business users, who take notes during meetings, etc;
- students;
- people who love the internet and Web 2.0, who prefer to throw away their paper notebook and use note-taking software instead.
We like these fonts, colors and style
#1 The logo must look good in the AppStore, which means look good in 57 x 57 pixels.
Therefore, please DO NOT include text "MobileNoter" into the logo.
Please DO NOT include our slogan into the logo.

If your logo design has different colors than those on the web site, we will change the design of the website. So don't feel limited.

You can see our current icon there. We want to replace it.
If the logo can express relationship to Microsoft OneNote without infrinfing their trademark, that would be great. Note, that Microsoft recently changed their Office icons with the new Office 2010.
