We like these fonts, colors and style
As an ex detective sergeant of police I offer a point of difference when talking about the property market. I actually investigate the market on behalf of all my current and future clientsand provide them with the evidence that allows them to maximise their results and minimise their risks when dealing in any property market - no matter how hot or cold it may be. My experience in Property Transactions is wide ranging and current.
I envisage the logo to contain a Private Investigator or Detective type character embodying strength, trustworthiness, reliability whilst displaying, magnifying or presenting to the target audience a house (representing the property market) as though it is what the target audience has been searching for all along.
The font is to be Property P Eye with the '.com.au' secondary, possibly just underneath.
The font is to be strong classic and easily replicated in the text used in any marketing and leaving no doubt about the brand name.
