The target audience
The target audience will be sellers of homes and real estate agents. Mostly, they are at a loss when they are faced with a property that the mortgage is more than the current value of the house. We come in, make a cash offer to buyer their property, expertly negotiate with the lender to get it approve and buy the property, helping both the home owner and the real estate agent.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I like the colors that are on my business card, the dark blue and the green. I am uploading a screen shot of my business card. Also like the font style for my company name on my business card.

I would like a logo similar to the logo on the top of the page but with a transparent background where the white is so the logo blends in with the page.
