Essex Communities is in the senior living industry (almost all independent senior living). Corporate has departments in development, construction, marketing, property management, and accounting. Essex has been in business since 1976. Currently we have 11 senior living communities in the midwest.

Our senior living communities are built for people age 55+, middle to upper income, educated, mostly retired, both male & female.
We also have a business to business target audience of investors, bankers, developers, industry leaders.

We like these fonts, colors and style

We prefer a horizontal logo. Thinking our main color would be blue. Open to ideas.
