We like these fonts, colors and style
Like clean looking logos. Something that is easy to reproduce and read in small form. Do not want something very busy. Probably a sanserif font.
We are located in a place called the Depot District where a train runs through, so would love to have a very subtle train element in there somehow, and the silhouette of the roofline of our building. Maybe a traintrack, smokestack, train silhouette somehow. Maybe incorporated into the lettering? Would also like to see some type of home element if possible without becoming too busy. Maybe try out some vintage retro looks and badge type formats too.
