What we do
This is not a business but a house name that I would like your designers to come up with creative ideas using different fonts. The name of the property will be "Villa BlackRock". The winning logo will be used as the nameplate/sign for the property. The house is a 22,000 sq.ft ultra luxury villa/mansion being built. The house is modern/contemporary design and painted white with roof tops in dark grey/black.

The property name/Logo will be die-casted into stainless steel (undecided yet, if it will be polished steel or powder-coated in black). The logo will either be cut into a plate or installed as individual symbols/letters (still to be decided) and will also be backlit with warm light LED for extra impact at night-time. No particular view on fonts etc. Want designers to come up with creative ideas.
I have uploaded a picture of a simple font idea to illustrate a simple clean design but by no means the only option to consider. Additionally, I am attaching a simplified computer generated rendition of the property to give more context.
The designs sent were all very well done and it is a difficult challenge to pick the winner.
In the last day what we would like to add is that the owner of the villa would like to see some options with a word change to have optionality. The change is to the word "Black" to "Grey" so we would like to see the same options with the word change to "Villa Grey Rock" from "Villa Black Rock". We will then decide on the name in the final analysis. So to all those still interested please give an option of the same designs you have proposed but with the word change. Entry #70 is one interesting idea for the two letters.
Additionally we like the logo that some proposals showed as part of the overall design with the letters "V" and "R" intertwined above teh Villa Black Rock logo. It added a nice sub-logo that can be used elsewhere in the property in a discrete way.
