What we do
Austin Real Estate Broker affiliated with Keller Williams Realty. I work with residential buyers and sellers of real estate in Austin, TX helping individuals buy and sell real estate. For sellers, my goal is to effectively market the property to sell in the least amount of time for the highest possible price. For buyers, my goal is to understand their needs and find the best house at the most affordable price.

The target audience
Target audience is 24-40 year old, educated young professionals and couples in Central Austin. Upper middle class, people buying homes and condos in the $250,000-750,000 price range. However, I also work with a lot of suburban families so while I want to portray a modern, clean and web 2.0 image, I also don't want to alienate traditional families or older generations.

We like these fonts, colors and style
I really like clean, simple and modern/fresh fonts and minimal style. nothing overly complex or traditional. I am open to using all lower case fonts as well.

The design should use no more than 2 or 3 colors and translate well in black and white print. Keller Williams Realty has it's own logo and font. Colors generally used in our ads are red, black, gray, white -- I am open to a contrasting color(s). Because I must include the Keller Williams logo anytime I advertise, you should be aware of it's design as well.

I would like the incorporate my name “Brit Ewers” and “Austin Real Estate” in the logo with Brit Ewers likely being the predominant words in the logo and “Austin Real Estate” being smaller underneath, etc.

I would love for some element in the logo to allow the real estate aspect to be recognizable and should be visibly understood without being too glaring. That being said, it doesn't have to include a house although I would like some type of graphic either above or to the side of however you come up with the wording. I have included some images of logos with styles I like.

I am excited to see your creative ideas and hope you can come up with something that projects a confident young real estate professional and will translate over well into real estate signs, car branding, email and business cards, presentation materials, website design, direct mail and t-shirt branding.
