What we do
We are real estate investors who give cash offers so that homeowners can sell their properties quickly. We market to homeowners who have some sort of problem or reasoning to sell their home, and we'll purchase their property in as is condition. When they inquire about their options, we come out to their home, and offer a fair market value price to purchase their property in as little as 7 days.

The target audience
For the most part, our core client is 50+yrs old. They all live in PA, and are in middle to lower income brackets. Most clients are either retired or in middle/lower working class jobs. Typically, the sellers/clients are in some form of distress: facing divorce; foreclosure; they own an unwanted or vacant property; they need to relocate; or they just need to sell their home fast, and for cash.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Most likely, the color will be some shade of green or blue. We're going for a feel of being professional, trustworthy, reliable, compassionate, and overall positive. We'd like the logo to have some flow to it, and not be too rigid. Most likely, there will be some semblance of a house in the logo, and possibly something that relates to us being able to act quickly and/or buy properties regardless of the condition.
