The target audience
We like to target a wide variety of clientele. We build custom designed homes and on occasion "luxury" style homes. We desire an elegant logo but at the same time, we want to obtain business from lesser affordable home buyers, meaning we don't want logo to be so elegant, we only obtain those certain customers.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We like a lighter shade of green similar to RGB (175,189,119) Black text, Light Grey watermark. Please do not provide all the logos in our suggested colors. We want to see your professional creativity. These colors are just a suggestion. Would also like the logo to be easily embroidered for promotional items. The logo needs to look good on any background. Also needs to look good with or without the watermark. If the design requires we would need portrait & landscape versions of the logo. We will also need a transparent background version of the logo.
