Company Name: Easy Living, Inc.
Our Slogan
A Home is Just a Beginning
What We Do
We provide a variety of services for individuals with developmental disabilities both in their home and out in the community. Passion is what drives us! We strongly promote activities outside of the home. We are NOT an institution. Our clients live out in the community. We do not provide the home.
Industry: Service Industries

Things to Communicate Through Our Design
1. Passion
2. Dedication
3. Caring

Target Audience
Individuals / Guardians needing an organization to meet the unique needs for a family member or friend with developmental disabilities.
Age: 20 and above
Sex-Any, Income-Any, Occupation-Any, Education-Any, Lifestyle-Any
Location: Southwest Missouri
Interests: Individuals wanting to work in the field of Developmental Disabilities or looking for a provider for a family member
Opinions: Individuals with developmental disabilities deserve to be treated the same as anyone else, with added compassion and understanding. "Normal is a setting on a dryer" not a description of a person.

We Like These Designs (fonts, colors, style)
1st picture: Love the simplicity. Others want it to look more realistic. Motto is A Home is Just a Beginning, so I feel like focusing on a detailed house goes against the motto.

2nd Picture: Current logo in blue and white. It is actually Navy and White. Horribly dated. Can’t tell if house is on fire or if there is a huge tree along with bush infestation. It looks like we sell real estate. UGLY

3rd Picture: Tried to clean it up in word. Still don't like it.

1)The second two images are NOT my preference but they are recognizable to the community. That does not mean I like them

2)It needs to be able to be visually understandable in positive and negative lighting so it can be printed on very light gray and navy. I hope that made since – not my specialty.
3) It does not have to be any of the above. These are the only concepts I have.

Our new building colors are light gray and highlight the colors outside are
Sherwin-Williams 6943 - Intense Teal,
Sherwin-Williams 6966 - Blueblood,
Sherwin-Williams 6950 - Calypso
Sherwin-Williams 6558 - Dynamic Blue
Our current font is the same as below but it can be changed.
Please don't make it look like a medical facility or nursing home. That is the exact opposite of what we are going for.

Our competitor uses the people shaped like a filled "V" with a dot for the head. I really like them, but I can't use them. Ours need to appear gender neutral because we provide services to both males and females. I do prefer them to not be overly detailed as that tends to create a rehab facility look. Simple shape with head, arms, legs and possibly VERY SIMPLE hands and feet.

I don’t want anything that appears to be just the top of a house. A local contractor has that logo.

I like smooth flowing lines and much cleaner than our current logo. A home with a few trees a 2 people that is inviting but not child-like.
