Midgard Strength and Conditioning will be a small, private gym that focuses on getting everyday normal people strong through the use of the primary barbell lifts: The low bar squat, deadlift, overhead press, and bench press. Our primary services are small group sessions (1-6 lifters) and online coaching. The methods are simple, but the results are profound.

Members of the gym will primarily be people in their 30s 40s 50s 60s and beyond. Both male and female but it will probably lean slightly more male. These people will generally be more successful, self driven, and are willing to do hard work in order to achieve results. The gym will be in New Hampshire USA.

Midgard is earth (or realm of humans) in Norse Mythology. So the gym will have a Norse (or viking if you will) theme to it. I would like for the logo to have the same theme as well. I am pretty open minded to designs as long as it sticks to the theme and purpose of the gym. Also, please make sure things are fairly historically accurate because things like horned helmets (the Norse never horned their helmets) irks me. If you would like to use a 45lb plate in the design my favorite plate style is a "deep dish" design. I'll post a picture down below.

As for color scheme. I do like white on black. However, I am open to different color schemes so feel free to submit a something that you think would look great.

Whatever it is, it MUST be legible. If you use a different font or make your own, please send me the font as well so I can use it.

I'll post some of my favorite Norse-Germanic symbols down below. I'm not saying any of these have to be used, I'm just throwing them out there to give you ideas.
