I am a licensed real estate broker in Oregon and Washington. I help folks buy, sell, and invest in real estate including built houses and raw land.

The target audience
20-80 age, I love taking the time help educate people in the process and especially giving people hope. Some folks never thought they could be home owners. Single people, couples, families. Downtowners, farmers, etc.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Red, black, white, chrome

For logo name I think I prefer all caps but slightly bigger R’s. Maybe Trajan or Athelas fonts or something that looks Roman? Not thick no shadow, not outlined, no typewriter font and not too thin, needs to be able to be seen on a sign while driving by,
I imagine a slightly bigger 3 but not sure
