What we do
The Incline is an apartment community providing renovated and comfortable housing for our residents! We have 189 apartment and studios onsite and have a great location near the mountains of Colorado Springs with convenient access to the interstate and to downtown Colorado Springs.
The name "The Incline" is taken from a local landmark hiking trail called "The Incline" that goes up 2000 feet in just under a mile and has 2744 steps! You can read more here:

I'd like for the logo to capture the meaning of the word "Incline" in a creative way.

The target audience
We serve all ages and demographics. Our target customers are single Millennials (20-40 years old) looking for a place to live but at a lower price than they can get elsewhere in the market. We also want to create a modern, upbeat vibe that resonates with this target audience.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Attached are my favorite logos from other apartment communities like "The Incline Apartments and Studios". I really like that these logos grab your attention when you walk by. I like the bright colors, and I like there there is a separate "icon" along with the main text. I like the modern fonts and colors, too. Also, I need for my logo to be able to put it on large outdoor signage similar to the examples shown without any difficult graphics, etc.
