We like these fonts, colors and style
More fancy than plain; legible but not boring; love the colors eggplant and emerald green - jewel colors - rich; I specialize in Victorian and vintage homes in Downtown area, but I don't necessarily want to be niched as only Victorian; like grapes and/or vines - fancy not cutesy; love reflections that reflect something different - maybe something modern that has a shadow of old?
Our design will be used on

I have a good artistic eye. I can visualize well, and if I see something that is attractive, I can move parts and pieces around in my mind to get an idea of what it would look like with a few changes.
I am trying to rank these by what appeals overall, not by the specific parts of each logo. The one that is ranked #1 is not the parts, but the overall feeling that it conveys - clean and elegant. But if you look at the top 10, there is really nothing similar to each other, I am just going with the feelings that they evoke. When logos are done, people don't look at the parts, they get an immediate feeling. That is what I am trying to do in each of these - imagine what they will look like when someone is driving down the street and they just see my real estate sign for 5 seconds - what feeling will it evoke?
And I definitely want it to be an identifier - that they will see the sign and not necessarily read the name but know that it is my logo. I guess that is the whole purpose of a logo. It's how we brand, right?
So what I am saying is that I don't need lots of the same thing, just an image that I can 'feel' and then we can add or subtract or rearrange to what might work best.
I am OVERWHELMED with gratefulness with everyone's efforts . . . and truly impressed with the talent that is around the world . . . THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart . . . Mimi
