What we do
I’m an independent personal trainer and business owner who specializes in corrective exercise and movement pattern recognition in young adults and teenagers. I have been involved in the fitness industry for nearly 10 years and offer one-on-one personal training services. By analyzing a person's anatomical movements, I can identify over-active muscle groups and then create a fitness program that maximizes an individual’s efforts in the gym. By coupling my knowledge of mechanical engineering with my experience in fitness, I have developed a system that allows me to interpret a client’s body mechanics and effectively change the way their body moves. My programs are designed to recruit under-active muscle fibers in order to fix postural issues, change body composition and increase overall quality of life!

We like these fonts, colors and style
Imagine a wimpy small, weak flexing arm. Then the wave or tsunami washes over the flexing arm and transforms it into a big, strong flexing arm. This is what I want the digital animation to do. For the logo, I'm not set on an idea but I like the idea of somehow combining a big, strong flexing arm with the wave in the same image. Maybe hiding the arm in the wave or vice versa (hiding the wave inside the design of the flexing arm.
