What we do
Art's Nursery is a 10+ acre retail and wholesale garden centre and nursery located in a suburb of Vancouver, B.C. In addition to a huge selection of plants, shrubs, trees, we also offer pottery, garden accents, soil & bulk materials and a florist. We also offer garden design and landscaping services. Founded in 1973, our mission is to deliver a huge selection of plants, provide a friendly exceptional gardening experience and offer high quality garden products. We have always been known for providing great value and trusted advice. We ar open year round and are unique among our competitors for allowing our customers to shop while driving a golf cart around our property.
The slogan is new, and has not been used by us in the past.

The target audience
Our target audience is homeowners, primarily women, between the ages of 30-65. Our customers are often divided into those who 1) have to garden to keep their homes looking tidy, 2)those who love plants and gardening garden, 3) smaller landscapers who design & build residential gardens.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We are open to all suggestions.
In our market, several competitors have similar names (ie Art's). We are often confused or mistaken for them as our logos and corporate images are similar.
Our current corporate colours are forest green, light green, black, white and burgundy. We are open to a change as long as a "green" component maintains our connection to the plant industry. Our existing logo was designed in the 1970's and we would like something that is more modern and stylish.
We would like our new logo to really accent the 'A' in our company name, reflect that we are in the plant business, and want an "outdoorsy", pacific northwest look & feel. It would be beneficial if our name and logo could be used together or independantly.
