Open to any slogans if you all are able to come up with something catchy! My company comes up with creative solutions to resolves peoples hardships/problems with their properties.
What we do
My business is a real estate investment company. We buy and sell properties. We focus on trying to help people who need to sell their home and usually can't afford to fix up the property. We buy the property in as is condition and do the renovating ourselves. We also sell fixer uppers to first time home buyers or other investors at a steep discount.

The target audience
There really is no demographic limitation to my business. We buy any type of property (House, condo, lot/land, commercial property, multifamily homes etc). As far as the investors we want to target people that have money to invest in real estate. I would like to try and connect with any demographic through my logo.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I am open to letting the artist be creative. I don't want to limit their talent by giving them some guidelines. I would like something modern and a logo that can be scaled as small or large as needed. A simple but power logo design. I am open to all types of color combinations. Preferably probably something bright that grabs the eyes attention because I am in a very competitive industry! I will have hats, and collared shirts along with other apparel made with the logo embroidered.
