Legal Bricks are a Property Search company. Based in the UK, we support solicitors in the house sale or purchase, providing Conveyancing searches, alongside our Conveyancing Quotation and referral system. Our searches are used to check key information when people are buying a new home. They relate to Planning applications, Building Control Information, Drainage Information, Environmental Information and much more. Alongside this, we have an inhouse development team who build our software and this supports the process of buying or selling houses, for the solicitor. We provide them with online support where they can produce their Conveyancing quotes, have clients instruct them, and complete their mandatory work relating to the property being submitted to the Land Registry ownership scheme.

Target audience are solicitors who deal with property sales, and purchases. Ages will range from 30 to 65, and clients will be degree educated people. Audience will be predominantly male, although I'm not sure this should influence the design. Audience will have an interest in property as a whole.

We potentially like the idea of Blues, Purples and Greens for colours. It does not have to include all 3, but can if you feel this works. Likewise, we are open to other colour schemes. We prefer brighter colours as oppose to pastel colours, but we have to balance this out with the target audience, so nothing too garish or brash. We are happy to look at a range of designs including seriff and san seriff fonts. Illustrative and non illustrative designs will be considered, although the latter will have to be pretty impressive if there is no accompanying artwork. With fonts, nothing too blocky and nothing too flimsy. Also, happy to look at 2 different fonts if this works. Please steer clear of houses, seems to make the logo look a little cheap.
