Entry to mid-level employees seeking career growth. However, eventually I'd like to expand beyond "career" coaching, so I'd like to keep it broad.

We like these fonts, colors and style

I created the image below myself. I really like the design concept with the light buld and I like the colors. I'd be ok keeping this and adding the "for the better' tagline but I'm open to suggestions or improvements.
